Product Description:

This U shape sanitary three way diaphragm valve can be operated by either a manual wheel or pneumatic actuator. It is especially applicated in the hygienic and aseptic process of pharmaceutical industries.

The U shape hygienic three way diaphragm valve is very suitable for opening / closing and flow control in the pipeline system.

The diaghragm offers valve body sealing and valve seat sealing. The valve cavity is completely insulated from outside, so it can reach highly asptic grade.

Working Principle:

When the valve is closed, the sealing diaphragm moves downwards until it completely separate the valve seat from the valve cavity.

When operating the manual handle or pneumatic actuator, making the valve stem move upwards, the sealing diaphragm moves upwards accordingly, the valve is opened.

Diaphragm valves, no matter be operated manually or pneumatically, are specialized to be used in the sanitary and aseptic process in pharmaceutical industry.
The valve is excellent for flow control as well as for ON / OFF duties.

Compared with other valves, the diaphragm valve is more easilier to be cleaned. It could process the material with particles better.
And the phenomenon of cavitation is less than before during the application of flow control.

Valve Body:
Forging body blank is through a piece of stainless steel ingot, in the forging process,
along with the high temperature forging provide, through extrusion blank shape change,
through the forging after body dendity higher, the structure is more uniform, no sand hole
and other impurities. Then through the processing center carry on the high precision machining.

Casting body is made by the mould paraffin wax model, paraffin wax model infiltratiion in ceramic,
to let the whole body wax mold surface form a layer of strong ceramic. Melt wax modl, then into the melting of the stainless steel solution, after cooling knock off the appearance of ceramic, blank body is made up. Casting size is very accurate, the outward apperance is smmoth, clean and tidy.
