SuNPe besitzt 10 Sätze Vakuumgießanlagen, die Prototypen mit dem maximalen Maß bis 2200mm*1200mm *1000mm werfen können. Wir können die Prototypen mit ursprünglicher Farbe, Überform, Beschaffenheit und Geometrie vom Vorlagenmodell und von den Komponenten genau reproduzieren. Diese Plastikcastings stellen nah die mechanischen Eigenschaften der beabsichtigten Produktionsteile von einer Stahlform dar. Eine Silikonform kann ungefähr 15 bis 20 Stücke Teile werfen, hängt von der Komplexität, Malen oder ursprüngliche Farbe, Größe und andere Faktoren in den verschiedenen Teilen ab. Die typische Vorbereitungs- und Anlaufzeit beträgt 7 Werktage für 10 Teile.
