2. Acid Cleaning for Anti-corrosion

3. Electrolysis Polish (EP) to improve surface smoothness

4. Custom Process: Bright Annealing treatment eliminate strees to improve toughness

2. Wedge is fully vulcanized by EPDM.

4. HW can be Carbon Steel or Ductile Iron.

Description:

AFC's OS and Y gate valve suitalbe for Fire Fighting System and water system. Coating by WRAS Approved Fusion bonded epoxy to prevent corrosion and provide drinking water certificate. The minimum coating thickness is 250um and customized coating thickness is allowalble. Low torque operating.  All designed are by 3D software. It helps to have an advanced design and make the valve with less weight.

2. IPQC - Input Process QC - During the production process, we checked the quality.

3. FQC - Final QC - All finished goods are 100% tested by factory.

4. OQC - Outgoing QC - Clean, packing and ensure the QTY is correct.

5. Tested standard : Seat :1.1 x PN, Body: 1.5 x PN
