Features:

1. Fully complied with BS5163, EN1074-1 and EN1074-2. We have the third party COC to demonstrate it. 

2. Over torque can be 5 times without deformation.

3. External pressure test to prevent vaccum happnened when water stops in pipe line. No sucking dirt or sand from outside of the valve.

4. Low operation torque with advanced design.

5. Online repair by 5 pcs of o-rings for stem seal.

6. AWWA flange is avaliable.

Production Process:

1. Sandblasitng - Clean the rusty casting and give enough roughness for casting.

2. Coating - Fusion Bonded EPOXY - WRAS, NSF approved

3. Assembling - By qualified workers

4. Testing - 100% tested with shell (1.5 * PN) and seat test (1.1 * PN)

5. Packing - Plywood crates for exporting business.
