Surface Treatment
We offer the following processes to choose:
1. Mechanical Polishing (MP) to improve brightness (gloss, matte)
2. Acid Cleaning for Anti-corrosion
3. Electrolysis Polish (EP) to improve surface smoothness
4. Custom Process: Bright Annealing treatment eliminate strees to improve toughness
Features:
- Driven by mushroom shaped plastic pneumatic actuator
- Can be operated by spring return or double acting in NO or NC mode
- Optional actuator control units availabe: electronic positioner, limit switch, solenoid valve
- Pneumatic actuation makes the valve work in high efficiency
- Diaphragm structure design separates valve chamber from fluid channel without fluid contamination
- Tri clamp connection ends offers fast installation and strong connection with pipelines
Main Parts:
1. Plastic pneumatic actuator: can be spring return mode or double acting mode
2. The upper valve cover: made of hygienic grade 316L stainless steel
3. Diaphragm: made of EPDM or PTFE, can withstand high temperature
4. The lower valve cover: separated from the upper part by diaphragm
5. Clamp connection end: dimension according to ISO, DIN, SMS, BS standards
6. Mounting kits: standard bolts and nuts to fix the valve parts firmly
