Rotary Feeder Valve

Rotary valve is applied to discharge powder or granular material either in positive air pressure or in negative air pressure of pneumatic conveying system.Also it is a necessary device for ventilation and move dust systems.Rotary valve is especially suitable for separating and discharging powder and small particulate matter in the process of positive and negative suction.
Rotary airlock feeders have wide application in industry wherever dry free-flowing powers,granules,crystals,or pellets are used. Rotary valve is commonly used in industrial and agricultural applications as a component in a bulk or specialty material handing system.Components of a rotary valve include a rotor shaft,housing,end plate,and packing seals and bearings.
