Surface Treatment

We offer the following processes to choose:

1. Mechanical Polishing (MP) to improve brightness (gloss, matte)

2. Acid Cleaning for Anti-corrosion

3. Electrolysis Polish (EP) to improve surface smoothness

4. Custom Process: Bright Annealing treatment eliminate strees to improve toughness

Features:

1. Meet BS5163, EN1074-1 and EN1074-2 standard.

2. Without deformation when 5 times of over torque operation.

3. Overcome vaccum when water stops. No sucking dirt or sand from outside of the valve.

4. Low Torque with advanced design.

5. Online repair by 5 pcs of o-rings for stem seal.

6. AWWA flange is avaliable.

Production Process:

1. Sandblasitng - To clean to castingto have a better adhesion while coating

2. Coating - By electrical spray gun or fluidize bed - WRAS, NSF approved

3. Assembling - By experienced workers

4. Testing - 100% tested with sell and seat test

5. Packing - Plywood crates.
